  Updated to 4 star review. Not sure what was going on that first day, but I gave Van's another try and I am SO glad I did! Best seaweed salad I've ever had and the king crab sushi was out of this world. The food is excellent staff is...unpredictable. Got a very nice server on my second visit who was very attentive without being annoying and even offered me a free drink to go. The third visit my server didn't even know what drink I was referring to when I tried to order it again. It was just an iced green tea with fruit puree...? Odd. Anyway, I haven't tried the hot pot there, but what I have tried was very tasty.

  Good sushi and other fusion Asian offerings. Great service. Great pub atmosphere. Reasonable prices. There is ample free parking nearby.

  Went there over a year ago and like they have both sushi and hot pot buffet. But the wait for sushi was beyond slow and they didn't allow to order more than certain number of sushi at once and can't reorder until there's none on the table. If you are stinchy on sushi then don't make buffet. Would not go back again.
